"Terrible experience I booked the room with a dishwasher but they gave me the wrong room. My room had washer and dryer but they said “we don’t have laundry detergent, we are out of it.” I was traveling with a baby and it was the most inconvenient stay. Will never come back. I ordered food from their cafe and it took more than 40 mins. My room was never ready when I checked in I waited two hours after arriving even though it was past 3pm."

"I went in january which is winter for the qatar but 25 degrees is summer compared to uk weather! Arrived late evening to be greeted by friendly reception staff, very quick check in and the villa was absolutely as described perfect. Every member of staff was so friendly and polite and literally everything i asked for was done with extreme care and passion. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back same time next year. Many thanks for a memorable holiday everyone Hassan "

"Our family of four had a great stay at this hotel. The views are spectacular, the location is excellent, and it has everything needed for a comfortable family vacation. Although the hotel was very busy during the holiday weekend and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed at check-in, they remained friendly and attentive throughout our stay. "Nice beach and great central location "

"The location is accessible yet the resort feels isolated from the city. The private pool suite offers great value for money. They need to nail down some of the basics, but I will very likely come back to it. "
