"Couldn’t check in early unless you were an ihg member which was a bit frustrating as we were only 20 minutes early and rooms were ready But good to stay for the night beds were not the most comfortable but 2 different types of pillows was a nice touch. The included breakfast whilst isn’t anything fancy was a good start to the day and the staff were really friendly Lifts are very busy however think this was made worse with one being out of service Great for a short stay and in a good location...

"Excellent location for our short 4 night stay. The highlight was the very friendly reception staff (participants Jimmy). Weekends were ok though on the weekdays we were there (Fri, Mon), we could hear trucks backing in (beeping) and clanging bins from about 7:30am"

"Disappointed this time around with the cleanliness of the room. Kitchenette doesn’t get cleaned properly by housekeeping. Found someone’s note and lots of dust bunnies on the bench. Nothing to clean their dishes with. Rubbish under beds that my kids found and bathroom floor needs a good clean Buffet was good and staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect walking distances to city."

"Fantastic for families! The 6 of us stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which had so much space and 2 bathrooms plus a laundry. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well resourced and the apartment was clean although a little tired in spots. The breakfast was a great addition and the kids loved the pool and spa. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again."

"Very close to all amenities, trams, trains, rideshare were all nearby. Excellent dining options along the Southbank forecourt. Room was very nice, little dated in some areas but clean and comfortable. Staff were super helpful and polite. Used parking across the road at Eureka and was very easy to transit to Oaks."
