"Loved the vibe. The room was super nice and felt like it was part of a more expensive hotel. It wasn't a huge room, but they made use of the space and, frankly, if you're staying for a night, you don't need 1100ft². Well worth the money."

"Everyone was very helpful, from the valet to the front desk and the restaurant wait staff.
We had a problem with the television and the balcony door. We went out for the day and both were fixed when we got back. The balcony door had a reoccurring issue, but we reported it only once. Having a room facing the river was a plus. It was very enjoyable to watch the freighters and other river traffic. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family."

"The 2 staff that I met were really nice and Shaun at the breakfast buffet was super friendly and kept the food warm and coming quick. I was originally given a room on the 2nd floor and was not aware there is NO elevator. "Thankfully" I found a dirty sock on the side of the chair and was allowed a bottom room but with 2 queen beds and not the king I booked. The first room smelled horrible and the floor was not swept. "All new developments around this area. Hotel was fresh and new. The gentleman (Quion?) who checked us in was there all weekend and more like a concierge. He was awesome! Sent us to a couple restaurants and greeted us coming and going. Wish all hotels had 10 of him! We will stay there again."

"I have stayed in Baymont hotels many times and this one was a huge disappointment. The breakfast was not good, very poor and limited selections of food. The white and wheat bread was poor quality-no raisin bread or bagels or English muffins. The eggs and biscuits were awful. The coffee was not hot from the dispenser. There were no coffee makers in the room which I really like to have. I stayed there 3 days, and although I expected no change of bed linens, I did expect the bed to be made daily...

"Overall, everything was lovely, but the breakfast was more "grab and go" than a sit-down buffet-type.
If you have mobility issues -- the toilet-height was more child-height.
If you need a taller commode, ask for accessibility room.
We were there overnight, so I didn't bring my elevated seat.
These were are only "bad" comments.
We stayed there overnight on the way to St. Augustine and back home again.

"The room was clean and pre-cooled for when we arrived. The pool and the surrounding courtyard and walkways were clean and maintained. The staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast exceeded expectations, I was praying for a waffle maker and indeed it was a fantastic waffley breakfast.
