"Nice relaxing stay, if booking through 3rd party be careful of room designation offered we nearly fell foul of that as originally not as shown on booking and upon confirming with hotel found an error as hotel had put us in room 1/2 size at highest point in hotel best to book direct imo. The young lady who checked us in was personable and exceptionally helpful, particularly in attempting to resolve problems connecting our phones, iPads and laptop to the hotel's WiFi. Clearly though, there was something wrong with the hotel's WiFi hub(s) as we have not experienced difficulty at any of the 6 other...

"This was the best place we have ever stayed. One of the owners of this converted bank building greeted us personally and made us feel very welcome. The room and property were top notch. The location is amazing. There is so much to see here. Literally in direct sight of the Linlithgow Palace and church. An absolute dream of a place to stay. We cannot wait to come back! We are including some great pictures of the Linen Bank Residence building from the outside, as well as one with the view...

"Well when we checked in we were informed that they were having a high school prom that night. “But done worry it will be done by 11” we were unable to enjoy the restaurant, bar or beautiful grounds do to screaming teenagers all over the place. I booked this room 6 months ago as a surprise for my husband. We go to bed early due to having an early day. We could hear the thumping music thru the walls. Very disappointed!
