"The staff were extremely pleasant and kind. I stayed for 3 nights and each morning, there was something different for the complimentary breakfast (all very yummy!) and I lovvvvvve a hotel that has different flavors of waffles. Delicious. The room was beautiful (uniquely high ceilings that I was particularly fond of) and I had a balcony, which turned out to be an amazing choice for me as I got to sit out at night and relax. The pool, while not as big as I normally like, was set on a rooftop and the view was glorious. Overall, my stay was great! Would definitely stay again!"

"Staying at the Fairmont Austin felt like stepping into a little pocket of luxury where the city buzz meets vacation magic. ✨ From the moment we walked in, everything felt warm, polished, and effortlessly welcoming. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the views were gorgeous, and the whole hotel had that “I could happily stay here forever” kind of energy. The staff added an extra sprinkle of magic. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Between the lovely atmosphere, fantastic amenities, and perfect Austin location, our stay felt equal parts relaxing and special. If you’re looking for a place that makes an ordinary getaway feel just a little more enchanting, the Fairmont Austin definitely delivers. 🌟 Would happily return!"

"Being our first time to Austin we wanted to find a hotel that allowed us to walk to most of the attractions we wanted to see. The Holiday Inn Express fit this bill. Unfortunately we had to pay $45 per night to park in the hotel parking lot, which is a common theme in Austin and for that money, upon arrival we were informed at check-in that the elevator from the underhround parking garage was out of order and that we would have to walk either up or down to the lobby of the adjoining Indigo Hotel. This was a inconvenience to have to lug our luggage with no cart first to the lobby and then up one floor from the Indigo via their elevator to a mezzanine corridor that connects the two hotels. Then we had to walk to the Holiday Inn Express elevators to the room floors. The room was adequate and clean. The buffet breakfast was good and one of the only ones that the area hotels offer. Overall the HIE had it's plusses and minus but we would probably stay there again give a choice."

"The rooms were very clean, and beds were extremely comfortable. We were there for an outpatient surgery at St. Davids. Ella was close and easy to drive to and from the hospital. I enjoyed the grounds of the hotel. It allowed us to have a more enjoyable place to relax after the surgery. My husband enjoyed the fact that he could walk to restaurants. Every staff person was friendly and helpful. Because of the heat, they provided us with ice water. The bar had a good selection of drinks and a local brewery Thank you for a wonderful stay."
