"The only problem I encountered was that because I booked third party, they weren't flexible with my request to allow my cousin to check in on my behalf becauseI was running late and she needed to get dressed before the wedding. I had to stop, respond to the email request before she was allowed in the room. She drove over 3 hrs. and I drove over 5 hrs. and had lost 1 hrs. because I was coming from TN."

"Our room was on the lower level, which felt like a basement (room had no windows). The room itself was okay, nice pitcher of water and glasses set out for us, which was nice. Linens and towels were good quality and very clean. Bed was comfortable, we slept well. Couldn’t wash my hair in shower because rainhead had weak pressure and would have taken forever to rinse out shampoo.
