"The ceiling in my room had water damage, and was leaking water and ceiling white stuff onto the floor and bedside table. The bathroom fan was not working. There must have been mold in the room or air conditioning unit. I have been sick with a severe cough and laryngitis since I stayed at your hotel. I asked to be moved out of that room and the staff put me in a room 2 doors down, but by the last night, I was coughing so bad, I slept in my car. (I don’t have respiratory issues.) "Everything was good, except the carpet felt sticky on my feet. I should’ve wore my House shoes."

"Everything was really nice. Location, clean, quiet, easy access. The ice maker was down for day. King size bed was great, probably needs to be flipped or turned. Had a small divet, caused a little cramp in my back. But as long as I could stay out of the divet, it was great."

"Great hotel, very friendly staff. It was handy having a restaurant on property. Everything was very clean. Some hotels have a very strong odor of cleaning chemicals, this one smelled good but not over-done. Overall a very good experience. I will be back when I visit Broken Arrow."
