"Check-in was extremely difficult at this property. I had called in advance to inform them that I would be a late check-in and got told that it was ok and hung up on. When I arrived, the reception had closed and noone was answering the phone number left so I had no information about my room until they called me back. "Great amenities, activities and location. Kids loved the pool and playground. Rooms are comfortable but just a bit dated and the couch in our living room was a bit sunken in the middle. Otherwise a really great spot for what we needed. "

I ran extremely late for my check in,which was amazing as they allowed me in before 2pm and I was able to receive a late checkout which was even better due to my situation.
