"Only issued one keycard because they had a shortage, and that one shorted out twice... The room was clean enough but had obvious wear and tear. I wasn't notified until check-in that I was stuck in a 1st level room despite requesting a 2nd level room. Staff was helpful but very slow, not super proactive.
Felt safe because it's Leavenworth, but they only had a half-bolt as security. No latch, no chain. Would not stay here again."

"I just went therefore because I had surgery the next day early in the morning, I live 2.5 hours away. The place was nice clean and the personal very helpful. The hotel was only .5 mile from the hospital facilities, very convenient for me."
