"From check in to check out, everything was smooth, beautiful and clean. The staff working here are extremely nice and helpful. We got here way earlier than anticipated and really appreciated that they had a room ready for us after hours of travel. Love the refillable water stations. Great location, felt safe. Restaurant on site is beautiful and the staff was amazing as well (we only had drinks, but the menu looks awesome)! Rooms were very clean, quiet, updated and the bed was very comfortable!...

"Hotel was nice and clean. Parking is an issue, and you can only park in the street from 6pm-8am for free. Otherwise your only options are to use the expensive valet or park elsewhere. Hotel was a good experience though"

"I reserved a stay at this hotel as I was in town to take a cruise to Alaska. The staff were great and very hospitable. My room was so cute, comfortable and quaint. I enjoyed my stay and will return! I like that it has charm and not like your everyday hotel. Having the club below the hotel is a bonus. "

"This property is lovely. Unfortunately, Seattle has become a place for many vagrants and the homeless. They loiter around the hotel. My daughter and I didn't feel comfortable leaving the hotel, especially at night.
