"This was an affordable and close hotel to IU for graduation. Always came back to clean sheets and towels. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The hotel prices in Bloomington are crazy for graduation. Book early. "

"The property was nice and clean in the common areas, but the rooms were dusty and the walls were dirty in certain areas. We found stains on the sheets, but luckily we bring our own. The property was quiet at all times which is a plus when your trying to sleep at night."

"Sheets where clean and bed looked perfect and not just slopped together! Lobby, hallway and room smelled clean!! Clerk was friendly and helpful! All amenities worked and nothing alarming for broken. Sadly I managed a hotel so my expectations are higher than most. Some hair on bathroom floor behind door. Fridge shelves had a few crumbs on it. Floor could of been vacuumed better. Overall for some review on other hotels I passed to come here was top notch. Will return when I'm in the area."
