"The staff was extremely rude! Front desk manager got mad because our request to her manager because she was being extremely rude. She then proceeded to tell me that she is going to cancel my reservation and call the police. I then left because I had a long flight and was extremely tired so we left to go to another hotel as we were getting our Uber to go to another hotel, she then came outside while we were waiting outside of the hotel to tell us that we need to get off of the outside property...

"Photos are not at all accurate to property. The rooms were not what was pictured. The staff at the check in when shown the photo said I was looking at the wrong one and then showed him I was looking at the correct one. Also had paid for a deluxe king suite which was shown to be spacious when I got there it was a cramped room with a king bed and then a big Jacuzzi next to it and that entire room smelled damp was very unhappy with it. Will not be coming back."

"When I arrived at the hotel with my family on Saturday night around 8:15 PM, there were no double-bed rooms available. The hotel staff informed me that since the booking was made through a third party, they would not accommodate my request and instead asked me to cancel the booking. "I didn't care for the place. The coffee(in lobby only) was horrible! Nothing in the rm., cups, ice bucket etc. The only thing is tissue, that's nice to have. Someone set off the fire alarm at 2am. We all had to get up & the firefighters had to check the building!"

"It was super dirty and dusty, The pillows and duvets looked as if they hadn't been washed in 50 years. And when I woke up in the morning, my throat was completely clogged. To be honest, it was a literally terrible room."

"When booking my two rooms I was looking for a pool to entertain three children to my surprise and having to pay an additional $300 for a deposit on top of the $900 I paid for two days was crazy to find out there was no pool for the money I sent I could have went to somewhere a lot nicer. The rooms also stated they where King suites they were not just regular hotel rooms that they are overcharging for. Very disappointed in this stay"
