"The staff at this facility was so friendly and hard working. Our room was very clean! We loved all the rocking chairs spread throughout and little sitting nook areas. The pool and hot tub were great and loved that they stayed open 24 hours. There are snacks, drinks, and even slushies in lobby area every day as an added bonus. We were in walking distance to the island and many other shops and restaurants. We loved the free pancake breakfast across the street or 5,99 all you could eat buffet....

"The area was in the middle off all the areas we plan to visit. Upon arriving I had to wait 30mins after 3pm to check in, once inside our room the room was full of crumbs left on the counter tops and lots of greasy finger and Hand marks every where, had a sweaty smell. I did go back to the front desk to request for the maid to clean our room the areas that where not cleaned out from what I believe was from them rushing to be out so we can check in. I waited about 45mins and no maid came. I took...

"I loved the property! In the beggining, Ernest at the front desk wasn't willing to accommodate my dad checking in early because we booked through Expedia and not the hotel. My dad needed to go to the room because he is elderly and has knee replacements and couldn't make it all day at Dollywood before check in time. I ended up calling back at shift change and the young gentleman was very accommodating in letting me update my reservation to allow my disabled dad to check in. Plan on staying...

"Clean property and room. Good shower. Loved the pool with the slide. Great breakfast every morning. Nice fire pits out back, but back outside area showing some wear. Pool area is great. Good workout area as well."

"5 Star in ignoring their visitors, your needs are only based on how they want it to be. Sent my son to get some towels, he was turned around because we were schedules for a room clean already just wait. We left for the day came back that night no towels, room still looked the same. Customer needs are not urgent they feel like it is."
