Penerbangan + Hotel ke Thanh Tri

Fantastisk personale, fint og nytt hotell og trygt område rett ved forsvarsdepartementet som gjorde det svært trygt.

Great welcoming, super helpful at the front counter anywhere at the hotel, this was my first trip in Asia I am thrilled by service would come here and stay at the same hotel again for sure You feel like King at the room with all the luxury coper bathtub everything in gold! Just impressive

The reception staff were rude and dismissive when I arrived, and my room was not ready at check-in. What made the experience particularly upsetting was that they took the time to accommodate a large party arriving at the hotel while dismissing my concerns. As an Expedia VIP member, I politely asked about my eligible benefits but was met with an unhelpful and disrespectful attitude. The way I was treated left me feeling unwelcome and discriminated against. Delays can happen, but basic courtesy and respectful customer service should be expected from every guest. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Old Quarter, Hanoi. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The receptionist William is very friendly polite. The location of hotel is very convenient where you can walk around Old Quarters without problems
