Hotel Perniagaan di Thanh Sen

The air conditioning was not working properly, and the amenities were only average and did not meet the standards I would expect from a luxury establishment. The food was also below expectations, and the chef’s rude attitude further affected the experience. At this price point, I expected a much higher level of comfort, service, and breakfast quality. Unfortunately, the experience did not justify the premium...

"After escaping from another cities Terrible hotel we were so happy to be at the eagle! The room was wonderful with a bathtub and super comfortable sofa. Staff was very nice and welcoming. We had hoped to eat at the restaurant, but it wasn’t open. The only reason I have it 4 stars was because of the terrible breakfast. Seemingly nothing was restocked and it was mostly empty at 8:30. "
