My lady and I stayed three and a half weeks. We enjoyed our stay very much. We will stay again the next time we’re in the area. I give 10s to all areas. Gym and pool were excellent. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. Excellent buffet! Room was clean. Bed was comfortable and had three different size pillows. Staff were professional, respectful, and hard-working. It shows across throughout the establishment. Hotel is next to a shopping mall and coffee shop. Restaurants are a short walk away. We found a nice one just beyond the bakery. We felt extremely safe throughout our stay. We highly recommend staying at this awesome hotel.

Awesome experience. The staff are wonderful. My only complaint is the price to do laundry is awful. I paid $120USD for the laundry done during a 10 day stay. In Vietnam I could have hired someone to work for me, the whole time, for that price. Also Dasani is the worst water to offer, they add salt to it, I found I had to go buy a local brand "TrueTH" because I was chronically dehydrated despite drinking lots.

THE DEFINITION OF FIVE STAR

From the moment we arrived at this magnificent state of the art hotel we knew we were in for a special stay. From the valet service at the curb to the welcoming smiles at the front desk; these people know they work at an amazing hotel and they’re proud of it. Every individual I interacted with in every department was polite, professional, friendly and helpful. Now the room was fantastic; a corner unit on the 16 floor that is all glass walls overlooking the city below; breathtaking. The room was modern and it was immaculate. My only criticism I passed on to the front desk was get Smart TV’s in the room with Netflix. Other than that this hotel is the finest I’ve seen world wide. But it’s more than the hotel, it’s the people that make you want to be there. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. One last thing, the breakfast buffet was incredible. Everything you could want and more. Great job management. Thank you!!

My Lady and I stayed seven nights! We enjoyed our stay so much we plan to stay again on our next trip to the area. I can’t think of anything negative to say about our stay. The lobby is spacious and beautiful. A small pond with koi fish sits between the entrance and the check-in desk. There are four working elevators. Our room was clean and comfortable. As were the pillows and bed. Room service was superb. The dining room, where we enjoyed our breakfast buffets, was spacious and clean. Soft music played overhead. There were ample food and beverage selections. Fruits, vegetables, and pastries were ample. The gym was clean. It is a good size and can comfortably host at least 10 individuals. The pool is spacious and was very clean. All staff were polite, helpful and hardworking. A shopping mall with a cinema and arcades is connected to the hotel. If you enjoy playing billiards, there’s a billiards club about a nine minute stroll from the hotel. There are plenty of eateries-including Kentucky Fried Chicken and Pizza Hut-nearby. There’s a fine and reasonably priced Vietnamese restaurant between the hotel and the billiards club where we dined three times. There’s a small but interesting museum about a 12 minute stroll from the hotel. If you like museums and interested in Vietnamese culture and history, it will be worth your time and effort. The entrance fee is 20 dongs per person. Less than a buck. An anti-aircraft gun and Soviet era MIG are displayed in front of the museum.

The best place in Thanh Hoa. Very nice and clean facility in a perfect location. The only negative thing is their Shampoo and Soap, it has to be the worst quality ever. Terrible soap for 5 star hotel, gave me dry itchy skin after 2 days, had to go buy my own. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, just bring your own shampoo

Great location and property!

Amazing high rise attached to the mall with stunning views of the city around! Our corner room literally was windows all around to take in the views, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good and we also enjoy the spa with great massages (though the staff made my husband uncomfortable by telling him he was attractive before our massage). The food and beverage staff were really nice and accommodating and the manager even brought us a goodbye gift to our room which really touched our hearts. I highly recommend this hotel if you stay in Thanh Hoa. Plus the area is great to walk around. Thank you for a great Christmas stay!

We only stayed one night and didn't have the opportunity to experience Hotel amenities. HOWEVER, the hotel has an elevator system which requires a room card to access your floor. My wifes room card didn't work the morning we were checking out and she was stranded on the 17th floor. Our room was on 14, and when I tried to go get her, MY KEYCARD DIDN'T WORK either. A maid got be to 17 where I rescued my wife and got her back to our room (don't need keycard to go down, just up). A harrowing experience to say the least.

We stayed here as a family of four (two adults and two kids under 12). Since the rooms only accommodate two people, we booked two rooms and requested in advance that they be next to each other. At check-in, we were told we would get connecting rooms, but a few minutes later, we were informed it wasn’t available. Instead, we were placed in rooms two doors apart, which wasn’t ideal as we had to split up with the kids. One night, the guests in the next room tried to open the connecting door and were also quite loud. I didn’t report it at the time as I didn’t want to create any issues, but it was disruptive. Aside from that, the rooms themselves were spacious, bright, and comfortable, although the storage system could have been better (very few hooks for our things). The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide variety of choices, and our kids especially enjoyed swimming twice a day in the pool. The location was also convenient, within walking distance to lots of local food options, and there’s even a basement passage to Vincom Mall next door, which was very handy on rainy days. Overall, aside from the room arrangement issue and minor storage inconvenience, everything else was wonderful, and we enjoyed our stay.
