"Superb hotel, beautiful location, lovely rooms and facilities but it was the staff that went above and beyond that made our stay so special. They were so friendly and catered really well to our daughter who is wheat intolerant. We dined for breakfast, room service lunch, dinner and a wedding reception dinner which was absolutely delicious. We used the spa and shuttle into Hoi An. "Love the hotel, love the staff, especially Phượng & Nhi who work at the front desk. Another good thing with this hotel is the massage service. All of the masseuses are nice and skillful, especially Tâm & Trinh. The only complaint i have is lack of iron & iron board. I was told there's only one set for 96 rooms!!!!! "
