"Service at Veranda was great, and the facilities were nice. The resort is lush with greenery, creating a relaxing atmosphere. However, I felt that the pool and restaurant could do without charging for necessities like drinking water—most resorts provide it complimentary, especially since there’s already plenty in the rooms. "We loved this hotel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. We had a swim up room and definitely recommend it. We ate at the restaurant for both breakfast and lunch and were not disappointed. If we could change anything we would like the pool to stay open later than 7pm. "
