"My family had a good stay at Holiday Inn Express Siam. I booked a double room and a family room for 4 nights (12-16/6) . The BTS and Siam shopping area is very near, about 5 mins by foot. The rooms were clean and good size, good amenities and the breakfast provided was better than expected. My mom hurt her knee while touring Bangkok on the last day and the hotel was very kind to provide a wheelchair, bathing chair and extra toilet mats. Thank you for the hospitality. "The shower has a rather odd system to open and have hot water, it took us 2 days to realize! But all we needed to do is ask the friendly staff, they are always happy to help! I also had an issue with the key and they assisted me even if it was off hours. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
