Turn it on......and it wants to know what input ...."netflixs, prime video......and many others, but each would need to be installed and paid for! Not sure this is standard throughout the property or just one of those things that happen sometimes and I only stayed 1 night so didn't bother the staff with it. My bad there....sorry!"

We got an upgrade and the suite was spacious and beautiful. The breakfast is a wonderfu with both international and Thai dishes and we loved the experience in the Spa. "

"The hosts were so gracious here. I was worried about the boat ride across the river, but it was never a problem. We had to leave early for our flight and they packed a breakfast for us. That was so kind! A wonderful place to relax, I wish we could have stayed longer."
