"I do not really review anything, but I think I’d be my remiss not to mention this absolute gem of a hotel we found. Service, food, the hotel, cleanliness and just general guidance about the city - you name it and you’ll get it. Mr Upadhyay is a gem of a person and really sorted out tour in Varanasi!

"Large family room with good AC and furnishing; very clean. Accessible by car - this option is not available for many of the good hotels in Bodh Gaya as only e-rickshaws are permitted to access the vicinity of the Mahabodhi temple. Very courteous and helpful staff in the front desk and restaurant. Good food, cooked to your taste and specifications. Property is located centrally within easy commuting distance of Gaya, Bodh Gaya and Gaya Airport. Ideal place to stay if you have work in Gaya as well...
"Property though looking good the facilities are not serviced properly. No back up power when power went off for half hour. No hot water in morning. Cafeteria start only at 7 am. "

"The counter staff at reception were very poor as was the manager.
They should explain which color section the room is located not just the number.
They should have adequate supply of small bills to assist guests in paying for transportation.
It took two emails over a week to receive a response about local transportation charges from the hotel. They should be more attentive.

"My stay was terrible on many counts. Most importantly, the GM was rude and discourteous and not inclined to take feedback. There are many other issues but the main issue of rude behaviour is the main factor I will never consider this hotel again. "
