"The photos are deceiving, it is a truck stop. It was going to be okay but after getting food from the 7/11 there was a swarm of ants carrying a larger bug towards the patio door. "This was an absolutely great find. After traveling through Thailand for about three weeks and experiencing all kinds of different hotels, this was like stumbling into an oasis. The property was clean, the room was large and modern, and it had a balcony with an great view to boot. The woman at the front desk went above and beyond. She helped us set up a private boat tour of the lake, as well as arranging taxis for us throughout our stay. Would 100% stay here again."

"Clean space with amenities in line with the price/as advertised. To be fair, this is one of the better lodging options near the airport. However, this hotel was far away from any dining/convenience store, and delivery was pretty much not available after 7pm. There were also no GrabTaxi available in the morning, but this is apparently normal and the hotel staff offered to drive us.
