"I went for my partners birthday, I had a hotel decorator and the hotel staff was very friendly and made the transition very smooth to carry out the surprise. The cleaning staff were also amazing very attentive! My experience at the hotel was 10/10. My lights in my room did go out but they came back on in a timely fashion after alerting the staff. "Amazing staff. Very welcoming but also not too intrusive when checking in! Check in can be done electronically. Very classy place! Walking distance to so many places, restaurants, etc. Metro is right across the street. Loved this establishment and Will definitely be returning! "
