"The room was very clean which is a major thing for me. The staff were very helpful and pleasant; they made sure I was happy. I enjoyed the dinner and breakfast, very reasonable in price too. The buffet breakfast was well stocked. I didn’t need parking but from what I saw there is ample parking. Last but not least, the Shuttle service to and from the airport is a huge bonus and the driver David was very nice. I only spent 1 night because it was a quick trip, but I would definitely use this...

"Very comfortable and generally quiet so it is easy to rest and catch up on sleep. In house cafe with limited hours and a fair amount of options. Quick pick up and drop off at airport. Very friendly and helpful staff."

"The staff was friendly and the room was great. My only problem was that we didn't have any warm water. Called that night and front desk said it was being fixed so we couldn't shower before bed. Next morning same issue only they didn't know when it would be fixed so we couldn't shower before our flight."

"This is our “go to” hotel for the Houston, Sugarland area. The rooms are always clean, well maintained and COOL!! The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Parking has never been an issue. And special requests are always welcome and handled promptly. Additionally, we have never had a noise issue like other hotels. I HUGE recommend!!"

"On arrival on the May 30/we we were asked what day we would like our room cleaned. So I told her that June 1 St would work for us. We went out and came back at 4pm and our room was not cleaned . No one showed up for the rest of the evening . So why bother asking when we want our room cleaned? Next day for breakfast I noticed all the bananas were extremely soft and rotten inside. I asked the kitchen staff if I could have some decent bananas and showed her the rotten ones. She goes oh I did not...

"Stayed overnight. Check in and out was a quick easy process. They accommodated my request for a first floor room. Property was well maintained. The room was clean and nice. The only odd thing is that there was a bulletproof glass at the front desk."

"The family suite/handicap accessible was dirty. The sofa bed didn’t look clean and the mattress was only coils. No padding. There were no grab bars in the shower or a shelf in shower. There were dead bugs on the window sill. The one bed was clean so the two of us shared that."

The only negative from the stay, was the noise level. The walls are really thin. I was on the third floor. There was loud talking and lots of noise into the early hours of the morning so I didn't get much sleep the first night. Also, there was a lot of stomping and jumping in the room above me"

"Convenient stop on way to Galveston. Breakfast was nothing special but adequate. Needed extra towels and washcloths. Waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to front desk. No one ever showed. Bar staff saw me and another gentleman waiting but didn’t call anyone or assist."
