"It was a cute and cozy old cabin, in a good location, but you could make some improvements. They put the cheapest toilet paper and paper towels. Also the toilet had low pressure to flush. In the beds, the cheapest pillows. The only trash can was a small one in the bathroom, they provided a bigger one with trash bags upon request. Also they could add an actual coffee table. "Staff could use some training. Namely bell men and help with luggage. All staff are very friendly and hotel is great. Why anyone would stay at B&B or other place escapes me. "
"We checked in on Saturday by 3:00 pm had to be moved from our first room because the toilet was leaking. No big problem as we moved to the room next door. About 9:00 pm, we found out we had no hot water because a boiler was out. My husband found out that 3 buildings had no hot water, and there were no open rooms in the building that did have hot water. On Sunday morning, we had a shockingly cold shower. After sweltering in the hot temperatures all day Sunday, we were able to get a slightly warmer shower. By Monday morning, there was plenty of hot water to shower for our trip home. The amenities at this hotel are very nice and we will return. "
