Yes I was able to call her which means a lot because before finding this location I had a bad experience with no communication from the host which made me feel uncomfortable with my reservations. "Overall it was a pleasant stay. This was the 3rd we stayed at this hotel. One thing i didn’t appreciate was when i was in line getting breakfast with my service dog when one of the staff went straight to me telling me in-front of the other guests that pets are not allowed instead of asking if she’s a SERVICE DOG & for what purpose. That is the legal way to ask. Otherwise it was a good stay."
