"This is the second time I have stayed at the Frances. I often travel for work, and found this gem last minute, and have been wowed both times with the beauty and hospitality of this Inn. It doesn’t help that this location is 6 minutes from work and the restaurant serves great food. This is now my work home away from home!"

The whole feel of this place was private through and through. Well designed with thought and purpose, they did a great job compacting such a beautiful space into an area that didn’t feel small with tall walls and shotgun style room that felt very very comfortable This is my stay now every time I come back to Austin. "The hotel is clean, with comfortable beds and well-kept, spacious bathrooms. Breakfast is included and offers a nice variety of hot and cold options. The downside was the location of our room; we were on the first floor, and both nights the loud noise from people partying outside- voices and music going late made it difficult for us to sleep. If you book here, I would recommend requesting a room farther from the street level to avoid the noise. Aside from that, it was a good stay."

From the Nest candle burning in the lobby, to the cute coffee shop downstairs, work out facility (including work out classes that are available to hotel guests), to the well thought out work spaces, this place is top notch.
