Excellent Stay

I had a wonderful stay for one night. The front desk was very friendly and professional. The suite was very clean with no issues. The location is great. There are several restaurants right near it and a shopping plaza right around the corner. I would definitely choose this hotel again when passing through Texarkana.

Suite was nice with newer furniture and very clean. Staff were friendly & helpful. The only slightly negative was the elevator was very slow and we were on the 4th floor with a lot of stuff to shuttle in and out.

Overall the stay was great. The staff was very pleasant. However, the elevator needs maintenance it jumps/bounces and makes some noise that doesn't sound typical. Some of the carpets in the hallways need to be scrubbed and shampooed.
