We stayed for 4 days and generally enjoyed it. The location is great, easy to get to and travel from, and the staff are very responsive. Apartamentos Hesperia Bristol Playa
Mattresses were worn right down (compacted down to the springs). Futon used as a sofa was SO uncomfortable. Like sitting on marble. Inadequate kitchen items. Please try giving guests a heads-up as to when housekeeping staff will come in!! Desk staff, bar staff, maintenance staff were fabulous!!
