"The property is in a wonderful location with magnificent Bosphorus views. I like the hotel very much and return many times. However there are items to improve: The stair carpet from lobby to the main dining room is threadbare and looks terrible. Why dont they replace it. The electrics in my room were faulty causing the lights to flash on and off at random. I also hate the music around the pool which is pumped out at high volume. Then in the evening the music from 16th floor roof bar thumps out...

"Breakfast was great and fresh. Room cleanliness is paramount to my OCD wife. Westin really shined here. Check in and check out were very very smooth. It’s located in a busy part of Istanbul , but still felt very safe. All around a wonderful stay. Not ideally located for “major site” sightseeing BUT a great hotel to return to at night after a days sightseeing. If spending longer than 3 days in Istanbul, would recommend this place for a more relaxed stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was very good, and the staff made our stay enjoyable. We really had a great experience. The only issue we noticed was the smell of cigarette smoke in the spa area, which is next to the smoking room and also connected to the breakfast area. If this could be improved, the hotel would be truly outstanding. Overall, we highly recommend it."
