"Cheap, tout est branquignolant. Non chauffé avant notre arrivée donc moins de 20°C dedans en arrivant et tres long a chauffer. Moyennement propre. Bref je ne recommande pas. Point positif le petit déjeuner a prendre dans la boulangerie a 200m. "

We had a room on the 6th floor and from our small balcony you had a wonderful view of the old town and the Basilica Notre-Dame de Fouviere. The reception staff were helpful and spoke good English too. The room fit and fondue do not reflect the price - layouts are quite strange, ie. no sink on the same floor as the toilet and shower. And Bring your own mattress because the beds are exceptionally uncomfortable. Location would be the main reason to stay "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very kind. The location is incredibly convenient and the rooms are quiet and clean. The only complaint would be that the shower door leaked, but otherwise everything was perfect. The all day snacks and coffee in the bar area was appreciated. The breakfast was somewhat small but had everything you would need to start the day. I would stay here again for sure!"

"Central location minutes from many restaurants. Good comfortable bed. There was a massive lamp over our bed which was a great feature but didn't work so didn't understand the purpose. We stayed on the 3rd floor and there was a very unattractive stain on the floor. There were inconsistencies with the staff helpfulness. I had asked the woman cleaning our room to leave an extra towel which she forgot to do. When I got back to the hotel and realised there wasn't a towel I called reception and was...

"My room had everything I needed. I don’t need loads of fancy stuff I just need a safe, well maintained, clean and comfy room and that’s what I got."

"We stayed for 4 nights in June. The hotel is close to many shops and restaurants, and conveniently located above a small grocery store and delicious boulangerie! We unfortunately missed our room cleaning twice due to it being so late in the day. The room was equipped with a kettle and some tea, with coffee and soft drinks available for purchase at the front desk (along with additional glassware), and a mini fridge that did not get very cold. For a few nights, this hotel was just what we needed...
