"The staff was exceptional with their service the area was ok lot of homeless around wherever you went which is expected in any major citythe restaurant next door for breakfast and brunch was awesome the hotel itself is an good location to be able to walk everywhere. My only real complaint was the bed was uncomfortable probably need new mattresses. Overall I'd stay again good price was only there for a day to go on cruise it was a good deal with extremely excellent and friendly staff."

"Love this place, it's usually our go to for Seattle stays. Every type of room is spacious, comfortable and feels luxurious, the staff is always welcoming, great service at the bar and with in-room dining plus 4 wonderful restaurant/café options on site, it can't be beat! Location is also absolute perfection. "

"Great space with tons of character while still feeling modern and very clean. I love the ac/heat mini split, the couches, the gator statues and the free candy! I’d request the complimentary coffee be out before 9am, but noon checkout and coffee every 10 steps (Seattle!) more than compensate. I cannot wait to return to watch another concert of a lifetime (Moonchild changed me! Love love love!) and a comfortable night upstairs to rest and have a nice lazy morning after. Wish I could give it 11...

"Loved my room! Two things: my room felt a bit on the cool side, even with the thermostat maxed out at 76. I thought I felt cool air coming out of the vent (but was too tired to contact the desk about it). The bathroom ceiling fan could use a dusting. All in all, very happy."

"I had stayed previously and absolutely loved the hotel . In booking this reservation I had a card issue because of a previously fraudulent card , I had to use a different card , in doing so it changed my check in date . Jason said he could help me . I had Expedia call him . Expedia canceled and refunded me , when I tried to rebook the exact same room for the correct day it was unavailable in less than 10 minutes . They were not helpful at all, and I loved that hotel . Probably won't stay again...

"My cruise ended at 7:30 a.m. Thought I’d be homeless til check in. Was so happy a room was ready at a hotel so conveniently located in downtown Seattle within walking distance of a lot of attractions. Customer service was excellent and so friendly. Would definitely recommend Hyatt hotels! "

"I had a charge on my bill from the restaurant. I told them I paid for my dinner but yet they said they watched video of me and my daughter and I never paid cash or card but signed off on my order to charge to my room. I basically was told I was lying to them. Terrible!"

"The kitchen had plenty of equipment if you wanted to cook, the only issue I had was space to store things. There's limited shelf space for non-perishables, and my stuff ended up near the free to use area, so despite being clearly labeled some of my stuff got taken. "
