"It's a hostel, not a hotel, so if your expectations are set appropriately, this is a superb find. A bit out of town - 15 mins walk downhill into town and a $1.50 taxi ride home - but nestled at the foot of the mountains. So much nicer than the hundreds of hostels surrounded by karaoke bars near the bus station in town. Run by the nicest, most obliging family. A fabulous breakfast included. Recommended most highly."

"I have stayed here twice. It’s a nice, comfortable room close to downtown but far enough from the loudest part of the area. Very safe location, I was able to walk around late at night without worries. The best part was the excellent service from the front desk staff. Extremely accommodating person at the front desk who was very responsive to our needs and gave a personalized experience. "These people ghosted me. Booked 24 hours before stay. I showed up and they never answered the phone or my messages. There is no front desk or reception area. I think this place is a scam. Once the customer service agent from hotels.com managed to get them on the phone. They said they didn’t speak English and after that they never answered the phone again. This place should not even be listed and travelers should stay away. "
