"La experiencia que tuve durante mi estancia en el hotel Camino Real Pedregal, ya que las condiciones del servicio estuvieron muy por debajo de lo esperado para la categoría y tarifas que maneja el establecimiento. Desde mi llegada comenzaron los inconvenientes. Fui cambiada de habitación en cuatro ocasiones debido a que los baños se encontraban tapados y el personal no lograba resolver el problema de manera adecuada ni definitiva. Esta situación resultó extremadamente incómoda y afectó seriamente mi descanso y tranquilidad durante toda la estancia. Adicionalmente, en dos de las habitaciones el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente, lo cual hizo aún más incómoda la experiencia. Considero inaceptable que habitaciones en esas condiciones sean asignadas a huéspedes, especialmente tomando en cuenta el costo elevado del hotel. Otro punto muy molesto fue el servicio de limpieza. Todos los días la recamarera tocaba y abría la habitación alrededor de las 8:00 a.m., despertándonos constantemente y sin respetar la privacidad ni el descanso. Incluso solicité en varias ocasiones que el servicio de limpieza se realizara en un horario específico; sin embargo, nunca respetaron lo solicitado. Asimismo, me preocupa seriamente la falta de seguridad dentro del hotel. Durante mi estancia observé que entra y sale gente constantemente sin ningún control visible, lo cual genera una sensaci"

"The rooms are beautiful, however, for this price level, I’d except more comfort. There is no AC in the room and it was super hot. We had the fan on but couldn’t cool down the room at night. The hot tub can only be managed by the hotel staff. The water is pretty cold, which avoided me from going in. We wanted to go into the hot tub again the next morning but they didn’t drain the ttbath from the night before. Breakfast is not included in the price. We signed of on the bill at the table, but when we paid, they manually added 15% tip to the bill after we signed! The standard tip in Mexico is 10%. So sad. You also can’t pay with your credit card using Apple Pay. You need to have your physical card with you."
