Hotel Spa di Tepotzotlán

"Decided to try out Lamartine Polanco; it’s advertised as Boutique luxury and had some good reviews. However, upon settling into my room I became quite disappointed especially for the price point. It definitely falls short of the “luxury” mark. The smell in the room and bathroom wasn’t great. The balcony was slightly flooded. The toilet paper holder was basically broken and almost falling off. There were just a number of things that when summed together just made me feel that it was not worth it....

"The location is perfect for hanging around Juarez and walking to Roma Norte and not too far a walk to the historic centre. The decor is nice and the bed was very comfortable (though the sheets were not very soft). The hotel is above a Japanese restaurant and Mexican restaurant/bar, which give a nice vibe when arriving. My first room was on the 1st floor (101) and I was bothered by the music from downstairs. My second room on the 2nd floor was smaller but quieter and I was happier there. In both...
