"Rooms were clean but we got there and the pool wasn’t operational. It was the 4th of July weekend and we were traveling from Cincinnati, Ohio. We were given a dinner voucher and they took 30 minutes to check to see if we were able to use it for me and my family. We ended up leaving and going to find food elsewhere. We booked this hotel solely on the fact that it had a rooftop pool and still haven’t been properly compensated for our experience. Next time we will just spend the extra money...

"We had a great time at Harrahs Cherokee. The atmosphere is lively especially around the Myst Bar and casino. Great food and shopping. The terrace pool was lovely and less crowded than the other outdoor pool. There is a spa and bowling alley. We enjoyed going to a concert at the event center and a comedy show at the Comedy Zone. Myst Bar had live music each night we were there. This resort has plenty to do so plan on lots of walking. It can be a little difficult to navigate. Some areas of the...
