"We stayed here in February knowing some outdoor areas would be unavailable for the season. However, what stood out was the lack of spaces for adults to relax while kids are playing or swimming. There really weren’t comfortable spots for parents or adults to sit back and unwind nearby. It would greatly improve the experience if there were more designated relaxation areas for adults within the family spaces. "We had issues right from check in. Get our room key. Get to the room and can’t get into the door. I call and we were told it happens often, to keep trying. At this point we would literally have to bust the door down. She sends maintenance, takes 10 minutes for him to get there. He couldn’t get it either. Sends us back up to the front to get a new room “if one is available”. Put our stuff back in the car. Go to front desk and they give us the room next to the first one. Door was sticking there...

"My wife and I had a very enjoyable time here. Our room was clean and the amenities (full-sized fridge, washer/dryer, jacuzzi tub, etc.) were beyond our expectations. The view from our balcony was exceptional. I also like its location close to all the Pigeon Forge attractions. "
