"Receptionist was very friendly and happy to answer a few questions I had about the stay and check-in/out process. I also found that the hotel was extremely easy to get in and out of. I was nervous about staying in the middle of the city, but It was really easy driving and walking. The room was solid. Very well furnished for a hotel room and I have no complaints about the accommodations. To keep things brief, I'll definitely look here first for my next Nashville trip. Would not hesitate to stay...

"The apartment is very nice and very well appointed. Actually, I would reserve it again. The problem was that the code for entering did not arrive on time. And I was not able to get it resolved with the phone contact provided until the next day. Had to go to a hotel the first night When booking, make sure you get the code ahead of time. "The property sits in quiet area very close to mtsu. The units are well insulated. My partner and I are both light sleepers and we weren’t bothered by street sounds or other guests. My only complaints were the mattress felt like a stack of cold waffles and the pull out bed was more of a cot than a bed but overall still a great stay!"

Upon check-in, we found multiple dead bugs in both upstairs beds, a heavily stained comforter in the downstairs bed, a filthy toilet, and sawdust on the kitchen and bathroom floor. "Place was nice. Clean. Curtains in the living room had been damaged by previous guests and had not been repaired. The people that live in the apartment directly above this on gets up every morning at 7 and stomps around for about a hour. Workout routine maybe. I’m not sure, but don’t think you’re going to sleep in is all I’m saying. "

"The apartment was clean and enough space to accommodate everyone. It was difficult to get in touch with the property especially on the weekends. We requested additional covers which we never received. There were only two rolls of toliet tissue in each bathroom and I was there for 4 nights/5 days. The beds could be more comfortable but overall it was a great stay."
