"The views from property are spectacular during a day and night. Pool facilities were really good with the lifeguard. The pool opening hours could be longer especially in the season. Rooms would require some TLC as property is slightly dated, like kitchens but in general very enjoyable stay with my family and wife. "Hotel muy céntrico con todos los elementos básicos necesarios para una estancia agradable. Me soprendieron gratamente con un parque cuna que nos tenían preparado para el bebé y una cama adicional para la mayor. La estancia limpia, bien distribuida, ventilada y cómoda. El desayuno buffet podría mejorar en cuanto a variedad, pero sólo fuimos un día, quizás en otras ocasiones sea mejor. No nos resultó tan complicado encontrar aparcamiento en las inmediaciones a pesar de movernos en el coche varias...

"Very comfortable and elegant. The kitchen is well organized and very useful. The view of the ocean is wonderful. The presence of shops and restaurants nearby is very useful. If parking was included in the price it would be great because it is really really difficult to find parking nearby."

"Gute Lage und es war so als wäre man bei Freunden untergebracht. Super nettes Personal. Tipp: bessere Pfannen und die Basis Essig, Öl, Salz und Pfeffer sollten vorhanden sein. Ich habe alles dagelassen. Aber vielleicht nehmen die Gäste diese wieder mit… Ansonsten ist das Hotel für uns wunderbar gewesen. Freu mich schon auf das nächste Mal :-)"

"Nice studio appartment, well equipped and comfortable. It is ideally positioned to enjoy the restaurants on the seafront and the shops of Puerto de la Cruz. There’s is a supermarket nearby and a number of cafes and restaurants. The hotel also has a nice pool area and a lovely roof top sun terrace."

"Excellent location,close to the shops,bus and tram stop and main bus station is 10 min by bus. Property itself very clean,all the rooms,kitchen,bathroom got all the amenities what you need. During the night very quiet, even you are next to the road,where buses and cars driving 24/7. Reception very friendly and always ready to help, when you need some assistance I was very happy with my stay and probably will be back in the future "

"First of all I want to say thanks to the receptionists and the amazing cleaners that were doing a superb job and being very friendly and helpful! We had a great stay at Bahia Playa and loved the location and the pools! The big pool is heated to 24 degrees so well above that in the afternoon on a sunny day! The food was not very exciting but there are plenty of other options in the area so no need to go and eat there every time. We had a great stay! Thanks!"

"Modern furniture, kitchen and bathroom. Large room and balcony. Plenty of plug sockets for chargers etc. Well equipped kitchen. Can hear some noise from neighbouring rooms. Open shower has very high showerhead which cannot be repositioned so water floods the bathroom floor. Check in time at the hotel is 3pm and not 2pm as stated in Expedia. Good value for money and I would stay here again "
