"This was the most incredible experience for me. The staff was very attentive and friendly and I felt at home. The restaurants are amazing and the view is just awesome. The staff is on it and your request are always taken into consideration. Specially the concierge team ( Gaida) was very helpful to me and made me feel the love. It was a truely remarkable experience. "Since the doors to the bathroom are glass and don’t close the lights in the bathroom should have dimmers so going to the toilet at night does not disturb the others sleeping. The shower temperature was hard to control , getting slowly too hot or slowly too cold. The mattress was too firm For me. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room service and restaurant food was great and the staff accommodated gluten free very well. Overall great experience! "

"Very friendly staff from reception to the waiters on the roof top bar. We had a short 3 night stay and the hotel was perfectly located for bars, cafes and good restaurants. I can definitely recommend it to any one looking for a city break in Tenerife. Also visit the Tenerife Auditorio….. a fantastic modern iconic building."
