"Walking distance to the falls and the tourist area. Super easy to get to from the Rainbow Bridge and parking was easy. My breakfast (omelette) was delicious, and the fresh fruit was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay again - in fact, I am looking forward to it!"

"Loved the vast space the room provided. My kitchenette was well equipped, the toilet showers were heavenly and the privacy afforded by the individual rooms was so very welcomed. Plus, location is just off Clifton Hill, which is extremely convenient for tourists. Will definitely repeat the experience. "

"Room was terrible. Sink was in the main sleeping area. Bathroom was dated and the whole room felt dingy. Cost of the room was over $300 for the night and was definitely not worth the price. Staff was friendly at least but sadly didn’t make up for the hotel itself."

"Previously I had a bad experience with this hotel, this time I found a big difference a part of the employee are always great professional and nice, the disabled parking spot was watched well and available, the water in the shower was hot and good, the restaurant was much better with the breakfast serving, thank you I will be back soon"

"Staff is excellent and always available. Room was clean, plenty of towels, a little worn, but newer sheets and pillow. I would have given a 5 star but the breakfast was just cereal, bread, jam and butter. They have a toaster and microwave. The coffee was excellent and always fresh which a big surprise. For the money well worth it. Parking is free and plentiful. Too long a walk to the Falls, but the Parkway bus is just across the road and so easy to use. Leave the car and enjoy Niagara"
