"Overall experience was pretty good. AC was not working, so first night was spent in 81 degree temp. I let the property manager know and they sent someone to fix it, but the couldn't. I was thankfully offered another room with working AC. The new unit was cleaned (I hope) garbage in kitchen was filled to the top, so that was a little annoying. I would check it out again for future visits."

"There were cobwebs all over the top of the door. It smelled like cigarette smoke. The floors were dirty. Our feet were black on the bottom when walking around barefoot. One of the showers wasn't working. There was no access key for the amenities, as the description stated (for pool, etc.) You could hear the upstairs people late at night.
The location was near the Tempe Marketplace. "

"Falsely advertised free parking. Was not clear you could not park in unmarked spots. Signage was not visible or clear. We got towed while still unloading. Cost $200. The distance from car to room was very far and took many trips. Very difficult to find room in the first place. Two coffee machines, neither worked. Good thing they had a room where you can go and get coffee. Workout room and lounge nice. The room itself had cheap bed and bedding. I got a two bedroom since I wanted a king bed and...
