"I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. We were treated like royalty. The place and the rooms are beautiful and elegant. The history and significance of it includes surviving the atomic bomb. There’s 2 original windows in the dining room that survived the bomb. It’s a hidden gem in Nagasaki that I can’t say enough about. Everyone in our party of 5 said they liked this hotel the best. If you want to be treated better than any other hotel you’ve ever stayed at try this place. "

"First location. For me the location is perfect. Small side street that is so quiet, you can't believe you are in a city. Close to temples, shopping and restaurants that are literally one minute away. When you get the code and enter the building it has this quirky charm that makes it so appealing. The room/unit was huge, at least he one that I stayed in. Beautiful wood and tatami matted rooms, full kitchen, separate bathroom and shower. Great futons to sleep on. A true Japanese experience. "The hotel is like a guesthouse, with shared showers and toilets, but the rooms are private and secure. It is located in front of Nagasaki Station, but the cost of staying here is inexpensive and the staff is very helpful and friendly. If I ever visit Nagasaki again, I would use this hotel again."

"2泊で滞在しましたが、1泊目の夜に自動車で外出。ホテルの戻った後、QRコードのレシートを1度使用した旨伝えると、別のQRシートを渡されたが、発行日付が私のチェクインよりも前のものであり、不審に思いチェックアウト時にロビーで、念のためそのチケットで出られるのか尋ねたところロビーの女性は大丈夫と返答。　実際には出庫時に未精算と表示されインターホンで説明しゲートオープン。　念のため尋ねたのに少々残根でした。"
