"El hotel estaba muy vacío y como un poco abandonado. Necesita más limpieza, más atención, un mejor servicio y mejor restaurante. A veces no atendían a nuestra llamada. La cocina no funcionaba y el desayuno no estaba disponible. Pero la habitación era amplia y cómoda."

"Though this property is relatively new there is a lack of proper management and ownership. Room had sewage odors coming in. No running hot water, and on top of it the service staff unaccepted the fact that there’s no hot water. We wasted our morning time, peace of mind in the midst of our family trip and hotel staff offered free cup of tea (wow) to compensate it. Overall, I won’t recommend this property they are not worth the charges they ask for."

"The room was very filthy, there was dirt on the bed sheets. I booked a room with a view of the city but the room provided was completely different. The toilet was the worst. There was no hot water facility. There was a soap bar which was previously used. There were smelly rags which were used to clean the toilet still lying around. Overall PATHETIC"
