"I loved the spa, my room was comfortable and sparkling clean. I was there for a running event and the hotel opened breakfast early so the guests could eat before the race start which was awesome of them! "

The room was very clean and comfortable, with amazing pillows, blankets and a mattress that is very conforming. The check-in was quick and the staff very friendly. Parking was available so we could unload our items and then go to the room. After a great day of skiing we were able to ski down the hill on run 1 that ended up only 40m way from their ski-room. "Made a reservation, called during their business hours to confirm check in, no one answered. After several tries they were not able to get a hold of them. We ended up booking a different hotel for this reason and this hotel still charged us the full amount without us even able to check in. This is a total scam."
