"Great stay! We stayed on the first floor! We arrived late and the hotel allowed us to check out late the next day. The staff was nice and ready to help. Very personable. This is a great location if you’re visiting San Francisco but don't want to stay in San Francisco. Great price and safe location."

"The only thing I found to eh was the fact there's only one elevator and the fact that parking in under hotel in garage and you pay to park. There are spots in front but they were coned. Forcing you to pay to park. The staff , Sonia was great as well as the young man that works till 11p.m. Would recommend this hotel for sure!"

"Al staff at the Hyatt Home in Pleasant Hill CA went above & beyond to accommodate our family. They are very friendly & helpful with all our needs. We was in town for pur moms 90th birthday party, and needed a few handicapp amenities while staying. The staff helped us with these items & what they couldn't provide helped us find this DME at a nearby pharmacy! Thank you for providing super customer service! Jeanene AA"
