"Our stay at the Hilton was extremely disappointing! We had to have maintenance to the room three times to repair safe issues and light issues. On the final day of our stay the room was not serviced despite the room being vacant from 10am until 7:30pm. We called the front desk and it took about 10 minutes of letting the phone ring before it was answered. We were told there were other customers which was why it took so long to answer the phone. That was an outright lie as we had just come from the lobby not two minutes earlier and there were no customers in the lobby or at the front desk. The night manager, with whom we spoke, was rude and attempted to blame the room not being serviced on the fact that we had the privacy sign on our door until we departed that morning at 10am!! It seems reasonable that one would have the privacy sign on the door while the room is occupied yet customer service had the entire day from 10am to service the room which was not done!! I’m very disappointed with the service at this Hilton and the demeanor of the personnel and will certainly keep this in mind when seeking hotels in the future!!"

"Main staff was 5/5 but shuttle service was 1/5. The main staff was amazing. The housekeepers were friendly and the front desk staff were very welcoming. Our room was a bit humid but after changing the thermostat it settled. It was spacious which we loved. The lady that did shuttle service on 5/9/26 was disappointing. We arrived at 629am for the 630 shuttle. She didn’t lift a finger. She stood there impatiently as we put the luggage in ourselves. Before I came out she actually told my fiancé that we would need a different shuttle because she was running behind. The time was 632am when all items were in the truck and doors were closed. When we arrived at the airport she again didn’t help us retrieve our items and when we said thank you and wished her a good day she walked off and drove away She spoke with attitude and she completely ruined our experience. DONT USE SHUTTLE SERVICES "
