"Staff were friendly and attentive. The room was very nice and clean. The pool is next to the freeway, down a set of stairs. It is very nice, has good seating, however it is below the dumpsters for the kitchen and the lids for the dumpster were open and hanging over the lounge chair area. We were concerned we'd end up under a bag of trash while laying out."

"Overall the hotel was nice and cute but the staff quality is quite missing. When I arrived I noticed that there’s no electricity from the outlets close to the desk. Both phones were not working (as I was trying to ask housekeeping to pick up my laundry). I went to front desk asking the phones to be fixed and laundry to be picked up to which got the response that they will send a technician to fix the phones but I will need to call to get laundry pick up. About 30 mins passed by the technician came and said that the cable is broken and requires a bigger fix on weekday, but he put a temporary fix for the phones. Then I called housekeeping to pick up the laundry, waited for an hour and nobody came, called again and waited for another 1.5 hours and still no one. Then I called to front desk complaining about it and finally someone showed up to pick up the laundry. Overall I felt that the quality of service I’m receiving is not as smooth as expected and it took quite some effort to get a simple task addressed. Plus the cable broken was quite out of expected for a hotel of this price range. I also wrote them an email to offer this piece of feedback but got completely ignored. At this stage I'm really disappointed with how the hotel handles customer experience!"

"The staff are excellent. A small hiccup with the room booking and they went above and beyond to remedy the situation. The breakfast at Fig was delicious. Highly recommend. "

"The location is great the room the carpet was really dirty sofa bed dirty and really uncomfortable the only reason that I book this property it was because they will take five people it was a double bed and one sofa bed I think I need to go to the chiropractor after this."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. I had booked a balcony ocean-view room with two beds, not realizing they were only full-size. I was traveling with my parents, who are in their mid-80s, and unfortunately, they were unable to sleep comfortably at all. The beds were quite uncomfortable, especially considering how expensive the hotel is. Each morning, we were also woken up by loud screaming and yelling from homeless outside, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Additionally, the customer service was poor, and the rooms did not live up to the value advertised. The photos on the website were misleading and did not accurately reflect the actual condition of the rooms. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and I would not consider returning after paying over $1000 for two nights."

"Staff not very welcoming- look like they rather be anywhere but there. The man that helped me was especially not nice. I asked for a low floor at reservation and when I got there he would only offer me 10th floor! And he repeated it many times like I don’t know English. The room was dated, the rug dirty and I had to wipe someone’s feces off the side of toilet seat cover- really gross. 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 towels only- I had to ask for more. Also had to ask for luggage rack. Took over an hour to order food because no one is really working together at this place so no help when you call the rude guy at front desk. The lady that brought the food was really nice and super helpful. Our favorite person was the parking lady. I didn’t get her name but she had all the answers and was super helpful and nice to us. She also offered us the free parking for handicap that the hotel doesn't tell you about or ask and offer. She also had our car ready at 6:30 because she remembered our appointment time. Her service was excellent! Don’t let her go, she’s the only nice person there!! was very disappointed in this hotel and won’t stay there again. I really tried to like this place but the vibe is bad. It was close to the hospital so we stayed there but I won’t do that again. Get it together guys! Hotel guests are like house guests you treat them nice and offer all your good service. Your food service girl and parking lady were the only nice people in your hotel.."
