"This resort exceeded my expectations. While the hotel is older, it’s very well taken care of and has a timeless feel. My room was impressively large—perfect for spreading out and relaxing. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the pool and spa areas are truly gorgeous. I also enjoyed the restaurant; the menu had solid options and the space itself was just as beautiful as the rest of the property."

"The hotel was amazing! We loved our bungalow, we could walk right out to the vineyard. Staff was very kind, free and easy parking, clean rooms. Also a plus the room had a great bathtub."

"At this point in time,. I feel the whole development needs an upgrade. I say at this point in time because I asked staff about how old this hotel is and was told the corporation had planned to remodel last year but had put it off. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone I know. But it must be said that the staff were very nice and helpful."

"It was a fast one nighter but the AC did not work. These are essentials that a hotel should make sure are working. It was late and thankfully it was not a hot day so we just went to sleep. The room was spacious and clean"

"The only reason this was a four out of five stars was the check in process was so slow and there were two people for one person to check in. Other than that breakfast was excellent. It was clean and nice. Maybe some more parking without the Tesla charging would be nice. There was also a couch and a kitchenette that could be useful for families."

"booked two nights but only ended up staying the second night. At first, the room just felt a little musky, and I assumed it was because the AC had just been turned on. Unfortunately, once I settled in, I noticed the cleanliness was not up to standard at all. There were gum wrappers and crumbs where the linens met the carpet, trash between the bed and nightstands, and it was obvious the area under the bed had not been vacuumed in quite some time. It honestly felt pretty gross and made the stay uncomfortable. The only real positive was the front desk staff—they were very kind and helpful. Their business center computer wasn’t working, but they still helped me by printing out some important forms I needed after I emailed them, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was also good, and the location is extremely convenient—right off the freeway, across from the mall, and in the same parking lot as In-N-Out and Wendy’s, which made grabbing food while traveling really easy. The bed itself was comfortable, and overall everything else was fine, but cleanliness is a huge factor for me. I did notify the front desk because it was very clear the room had not been properly vacuumed or thoroughly cleaned. With better housekeeping, this place would be much better."
