Reserved a vineyard view room and given a front 1st floor room looking at the parking lot.( including all front entry parking noise!!! Call to request late check in- which was confirmed. check in staff said that was the only room left -1st come 1st serve is how they do things. Hotel sold out they claimed- no accommodation for room change.

This place is a gem. Located in the beautiful Temecula wine country, it reminds me of my native Italy. Service, food, rooms and amenities are superlative. Try the Spa for a great experience. I’ll be a regular for sure!

I had decided to book this place again because while the rooms could use renovating, I felt as though the place had a certain charm. But after this recent visit I don’t see myself staying here again. Having to wait 2 hours for the room to be ready is just unacceptable when you’re spending almost 400 to stay a night. I have never experienced that before and it ruined our plans for the day
