"I had a pleasant stay overall. The personnel were genuinely helpful and accommodating throughout my visit, which made the experience comfortable. My only complaints are that the entertainment wasn’t Jamaican—it was mostly American music, which took away from the local vibe I was hoping for. Also, the private nudist island was only open one day during my week‑long stay, which was disappointing since it was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel."

"This was our first time traveling as a family internationally. I believe the property I booked was different from the property I checked into. The villa we were assigned to was on the Crest lot and not Villa at the Palms. The villa was clean and bright. There was a pool close to the property's entrance along with an open gym. Our overall experience was pleasant and I would probably stay again in the future."

"Perfect Location and Excellent Hosts! "Our stay at Avant Family Villa was absolutely great. The location is great — quick drive to Ocho Rios’ top attractions like Dunn’s River Falls, Dolphin Cove, and Mystic Mountain, as well as several beautiful local beaches. The villa itself offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a private community pool and beach access. Having a supermarket, pharmacy, Bank Cambio/ATM and restaurant right on-site made our trip so much easier. A huge thank you to the hosts—they were awesome and their communication was incredibly fast and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!" Highly recommended for families!""
